Joe Shenasi
CEO — PixelArch LLC
Joe leads PixelArch LLC with over 25 years of professional engineering experience. As a former Resident Engineer Assistant with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), he oversaw some of the state’s largest highway and bridge construction programs — managing projects valued from $45 million to $325 million across multiple counties. His deep understanding of large-scale infrastructure delivery drives PixelArch’s commitment to precision and quality in every project.

Ray Taba, PE
Registered Professional Engineer — Mechanical / HVAC
Ray is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience in mechanical and HVAC system design for commercial, institutional, and healthcare facilities. He has served as Project Engineer and Certified Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at multiple VA Medical Centers, overseeing multi-million dollar construction and renovation programs including central plant upgrades, chiller replacements, and life-safety corrections.

Dr. Khalil Khani

Dr. Khalil Khani is an accomplished specialist in environmental science, soil conservation, and natural resources management. With various graduate degrees in environmental and natural sciences, watershed management, soil conservation, arid lands reclamation, and health psychology from German Universities and Arizona State University, he brings deep analytical expertise to every project. As an accomplished retiree in natural resources academic fields, his detail-oriented approach and extreme analytical skills strengthen PixelArch’s ability to assess and address complex site conditions.

Mike Dolati
Cold Formed Steel Expert — Design, Estimating & Project Management
Mike is a recognized authority in cold formed (light gauge) steel construction with over 15 years of hands-on expertise in design, submittal packages, project management, and estimating. As the PROX HEADER product manager at CEMCO Steel, he delivered the fastest CFS engineering in the industry — completing 90 to 100 projects per year across California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Utah, and Texas. His previous role as West Coast Regional Manager at Total Steel Network covered 18 states.
