Joe Shenasi
Principal & Project Coordinator — Transportation / Civil Engineer
Joe brings over 25 years of professional engineering experience to PixelArch. As a former Resident Engineer Assistant with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), he oversaw some of the state's largest highway and bridge construction programs — managing projects valued from $45 million to $325 million across multiple counties.

Registered Professional Engineer — Mechanical / HVAC
Ray is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience in mechanical and HVAC system design for commercial, institutional, and healthcare facilities. He has served as Project Engineer and Certified Contracting Officer Representative (COR) at multiple VA Medical Centers, overseeing multi-million dollar construction and renovation programs including central plant upgrades, chiller replacements, and life-safety corrections.

Khalil is a distinguished engineer and scientist with a rare dual expertise spanning aerospace engineering and natural resources management. With nearly 30 years in the aerospace sector — including senior roles at Triumph Engines and Chromalloy Research Technologies — he specialized in repair and overhaul engineering, quality engineering, and routing design for jet engine hot-section components. His academic career in watershed management, soil conservation, and drylands reclamation adds a unique environmental perspective.

Mike Dolati
Cold Formed Steel Expert — Design, Estimating & Project Management
Mike is a recognized authority in cold formed (light gauge) steel construction with over 15 years of hands-on expertise in design, submittal packages, project management, and estimating. As the PROX HEADER product manager at CEMCO Steel, he delivered the fastest CFS engineering in the industry — completing 90 to 100 projects per year across California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Utah, and Texas. His previous role as West Coast Regional Manager at Total Steel Network covered 18 states.
